For several years, I have been an affiliate member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), a member of NACREI (Nevada Assoc. of Certified Real Estate Inspectors), and am Mobile Home certified through the American Institute of Inspectors. I have over two decades of inspection experience in CA and NV and have been a Nevada Certified Master Inspector since 1997. In 2009 I was chosen as a member of a small panel of Master Inspectors convened in Las Vegas to help write the NV State Home Inspection exam. Note: To date there is still no Home Inspection license required or available in CA.
